Die Awards wurden in einem Live-Voting von über 1.000 Channel-Verantwortlichen aus ganz Europa ermittelt. Hinzugezogen wurde außerdem eine Marktstudie von Context, die auf der Befragung von 4.000 Händlern und Retailern aus der EMEA-Region basiert.
